Our prices and discounts
Our prices depend on the chosen campervan and the season.
Discounts are automatically applied to the price shown for the booking period.
We apply base prices per campervan type:
- Outbase ID. Buzz: €110 per day
- e-Fixxter XXL: €100 per day
- Budget e-Fixxter XXL: €90 per day
- High season: July and August
- Off-season: May, June and September
- Low season: April and October
- Outdoor season: November through March
Discounts are automatically applied to the displayed price and depend on the time, duration, and season of the booking. In winter (November through March), an additional 5% discount applies alongside an attractive rate.
You can also benefit from extra discounts for long-term bookings:
Longer than 1 week: 2.5% discount
Longer than 2 weeks: 5% discount
Longer than 3 weeks: 7.5% discount
Longer than 4 weeks: 10% discount
Do you have a discount code? Enter it when making the booking to receive an extra discount. Only one discount code can be used per booking.
Insurance and conditions
All our electric campers are excellently insured with Aveco Insurance.
Our general terms and conditions apply to all our bookings.
All our motorhomes are excellently insured with Aveco, so you can count on good support in the event of a breakdown or damage.
The insurance consists of:
Legal liability and comprehensive (all-risk)
Damage to occupants
Roadside assistance
Replacement transport or accommodation
It is always advisable to take out additional travel insurance and cancellation insurance to cover any personal damage suffered as well.
The deductible amounts to €1,500 per incident and can optionally be reduced or even waived entirely. See our general rental terms and conditions for further explanation.
Deductible and cancellation
Sometimes a trip turns out differently than you hope. In the event of damage, a standard deductible of €1,500 applies, which you can reduce or waive.
And if you have to cancel unexpectedly, the costs depend on the time of cancellation. For extra peace of mind, you can opt for more flexible cancellation terms.
Accidents can happen. Should you incur damage during your trip, the standard deductible is €1,500 per claim. Optionally, you can reduce the deductible or even waive it entirely.
Hopefully it won't be necessary, but of course it is possible that you may need to cancel your trip. The cancellation fees depend on when you cancel. Optionally, for an additional fee, you can also choose more flexible cancellation terms (naturally, these costs are not refunded upon cancellation, only the cost of the booking itself).
