EV Camper supports 25-hour relay run for 25th anniversary of Mutende Foundation
On October 24 and 25, the Mutende Foundation will celebrate its 25th anniversary with a special event: a 25-hour relay run with 25 enthusiastic participants. The foundation, which has been committed to education projects in Africa for years, will be getting people moving literally and figuratively with this sporting anniversary event - and EV Camper is proud to support this initiative.
25 hours in motion for education
During the weekend of Oct. 24 and 25, the run will be non-stop to raise awareness and donations for education projects in Africa. Participants will alternate, so the run will continue for 25 hours - symbolic of the 25 years that the Mutende Foundation has been working for promising futures for children.
EV Camper is happy to contribute to this special initiative. To support the team, we are selflessly making available an electric campervan. It will serve as a rest and care spot for the runners during the event - completely emission-free and in line with the sustainable mission of both Mutende and EV Camper.
Local involvement with global impact
For EV Camper, based in Amersfoort, community involvement is an important part of sustainable business. This initiative shows how local cooperation can have a global impact. Where Mutende creates opportunities for young people in Africa, EV Camper shows that travel and mobility can also be cleaner and more conscious.
By using an electric campervan , the event remains not only sporty, but also environmentally friendly. The campervan acts as a comfortable base of operations for the runners, with no CO₂ emissions or noise pollution - a small but meaningful gesture that has great symbolic value.
An invitation to participate
The anniversary of the Mutende Foundation is more than a celebration - it is a reminder of what is possible when people work together. Whether you live in Amersfoort or are simply touched by this story, you too can contribute to the future of children in Africa.
